Description
Certified to UL 2196 for one- and two-hour fire ratings, Lifeline® MC cables are classified under FHIT No. 50, 50A, and 51 for electrical circuit integrity. Ideal for critical fire-survivable applications including:
• High-rise buildings
• Fire pumps & emergency feeders
• Ventilation & stairwell pressurization
• Exit & emergency lighting
• Elevators / OEO systems
• Roadway/transit tunnel lighting (with optional LSZH jacket)
Lifeline® MC Single Conductor Cables are less costly and easier to install than Mineral Insulated (MI) cables, concrete encasement or the construction of fire rated assemblies for many applications.
